The customer declares, that at the end of the booking he has completely and truthfully filled in the personal data form, and that he accepts all responsibilities relating to potential false declarations or incomplete and wrong indication of data.

Lodging Contract

After the reservation, the lodging contract is immediately established between the person booking the apartment and the owner, and all rights and duties deriving from the lodging contract are exclusively between these two parties. The email sent to the person who has booked the apartment is valid as a reservation and must be produced on arrival in the apartment like a voucher that stands for the customer's reservation rights.

Payment informations

On total 50% at the booking and 50% at the arrival.

CHEQUES, CREDIT CARDS AND BANCOMAT ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

Deposit

At the arrival a deposit of € 500.00 is requested, it will return to the customer at the end of the journey if the apartment is not damaged, after the joint review.

Check-in/out

Check-in from 15.00 to 19.00

Check out before 10.00

The customer has to call at least 30 minutes before his arrival.

On departure check out must be done within the time reported in the apartment regulations.

Cancellation charges

In case of cancellation, the owner has the right to ask compensation, ie the following cancellation charges which are calculated on the full amount of the advance payment:

– cancellation received less than 30 days before arrival: 25% charge of the advance payment

– cancellation received less than 15 days before arrival: 40% charge of the advance payment

– cancellation received less than 7 days before arrival: 100% charge of the advance payment

Privacy Defense

Informative Report according to the Law No. 675/96, article10, privacy defence.
The customer completely agrees with the treatment of his personal data supplied through computer processing, only for the purpose of administering contractual obligation between the parties. The customer knows that for the conclusion of the booking it is necessary to give his acceptance to the acquisition of such data; the lack of this acceptance will not permit to get to the next booking step.
In every moment the customer enjoys the right to have access to his personal data, and after asking the owner in writing he will be able to modify them.
