The Customer declares that he has provided his personal data in a complete and truthful manner and assumes all responsibility in the event of any false declarations or incomplete or erroneous indication of the data.

Accommodation contract

Following the reservation, the accommodation contract is established immediately between the person reserving and the owner of the apartment. The e-mail message received by the person booking will have the value of confirmation of the booking of the apartment and must be shown upon arrival as a voucher, valid for the recognition of his right.

Payment information

Of the total 50% upon booking and 50% upon arrival.



Upon arrival, a deposit of €500.00 is required, which will be returned at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the apartment, after joint verification.


Check in from 15.00 to 19.00

Check out by 10.00

The Client must call at least 30 minutes before arriving at the apartment.

On the departure date the apartment must be left vacant by the check out time.

Penalty in case of cancellation

The owner has the right to request as compensation, in case of cancellation of the reservation by the customer, the following penalties to be calculated on the total price resulting from the payment of the advance paid:

– cancellation received less than 30 days before the arrival date: penalty of 25% of the advance

– cancellation received less than 15 days before the arrival date: penalty of 40% of the advance

– cancellation received less than 7 days before the arrival date: penalty of 100% of the advance

Privacy Policy

Compulsory disclosure pursuant to Italian law 675/96, article 10, on privacy.

The customer explicitly consents to the processing, through electronic support, of the personal data provided, aimed solely at managing the contractual relationship between the parties. The customer is aware that the consent to the acquisition of such data, albeit optional, is a necessary condition for the conclusion of the reservation, without which it will not be possible to access the next phase of the reservation process.

The customer may at any time have access to their personal data, modify them, by making a written request to the owner of the apartment.
